David, you worried me there for a minute; I was afraid something was left on the cutting room floor. Patrice Michaels is mentioned at the end of the fifth paragraph.
Oops--well, okay, my bad. Glossed right over it in two readings of the review. So -- a soprano puts it all on the line for a whole hour and in seven paragraphs, she gets one sentence?
Me, too, Chester. It's a crime the original recording of this piece isn't available -- and really strange, too, given that by all accounts, the LP was a surprise best-seller.
Would you please add our Armenian Concert on your "Night After Night" NY Calendar of Events Column. THnak you so very much

Is there a reason there is no mention of the singer in the review?

I've always liked "Final Alice" and wish it would be released on CD.
